The inner material is electric-galvanized steel, which is 0.8T.
Inner Materials It protects the inner insulation and the inner tank. The inner tank is automatically welded with STS 1.5T for prevention of corrosion and protection of the tank.
Electric Heater The electric heater is replaceable at the time of disconnection. Its material is Incoloy. A special sealing material is used for the terminal part. It is protected from humidity.
Insulation An incombustible material (glass wool) is used for insulation.
Thermostat A bimetal thermostat controls the temperature of the tank within 80◥C▽5◥C.
Anti-overheating Device A bimetal thermostat controlled at 93◥C▽2◥C is installed to protect the internal tank.
Mounting Structure The inside of this Hot Water should be able to hold 3Kgf/妓 for 2 minutes, causing no problem (based on KSC9803)
Internal Wire An incombustible electric wire (3.0妤) is used.
Setting Pressure 2.0Kgf/妓: It should be able to offset the fatigue of the internal tank caused by change in water volume resulting from increase in water temperature (10◥C~80◥C).
